Our Home Owner Login Section gives you the ability to fill in the Rental Registration Form with all the details about your property on-line, such as # of blocks to the beach/bay and attractions offered near your property.

This will only take a few minutes.
Please have the following information ready:

• Rental Property Address

• Bedroom information:
• Number of beds and types - example: 2 singles, 1 double, 1 queen, etc.

• Number of people your property sleeps.

• Weekly/Seasonal Rates

• Property Photos: 350 x 262 pixels (pictures can be added at anytime).

• Property Description:
• Include # of blocks to beach and/or surrounding attractions and Families Only!

• Property Features:
• Washer/dryer, pool, internet, cable, etc.

Block all “Owner Bookings” or “Personal Rentals” on the website immediately. We show in ‘real time” and our Vacationers will be able to book instantly!

Please provide an active email address. Our system is set up to email all booking confirmations and rental lease agreements. Check this email account frequently.

You now have 24/7 access to your rental property details. Anytime you want to make a change just log-in! Or you can email me any changes; I will be happy to make them for you!

• Please size your property photos to 350 x 262 pixels.
• You may need to resize your photo. Most times you can right-click on the photo and it will give you the option to resize.

• The 1st photo should be the front of your home (a street shot).

• Show all bedrooms, living rooms, kitchen, and great rooms.

• Nice touches are photos of your view, deck/patio, and outside recreation area.

• Please do not add pictures of bathrooms.
